Note: (DEC2009) This use to have all sorts of commentary on what does and doesn't work and why. It doesn't now. Also, at the time this was written, I used HotMeTaL to develope pages. They suck. Later I used Dreamweaver, which was much better but didn't support XHTML. I don't know what either of those support now becuase I have not written a non-Perl generated page in many moons. And I pretty much use vim when I do.

And no CSS?!? What ever was I thinking? Oh wait, I remember. They didn't really exist yet.

I am putting this page back up becuase even after having been gone for 2+ years, it still gets a lot of search engine hits. There must be some seriously bored search engines out there.
